If you’re looking for a 30A photographer, a beach session is such a fun way to document your time on the Florida coast. Madison and Hunter decided to document their honeymoon while visiting 30A, and I loved getting to photograph this season for them on film.

30A is one of those places that feels made for photos. You have the white sand beaches, coastal scenery, and that relaxed Florida feeling without needing to create anything elaborate. For Madison and Hunter, we kept their session simple and let the beach be the backdrop.

Their session also happened during such a sweet season. They were newlyweds on their honeymoon, with the wedding officially behind them and married life just beginning. I love that they’ll have their wedding photos forever, but now they also have photographs that bring them back to their first trip as husband and wife.

Why Book a 30A Photographer While You’re Visiting?

You don’t have to live in Florida to have photos there. If you already have a trip to 30A planned, adding a couples session can be such an easy way to document it.

I especially love this idea for a honeymoon session. Your wedding day is beautiful, but it’s also busy. There’s a timeline, a lot of people, and so much happening around you. Your honeymoon feels completely different. There’s nowhere else you need to be. You can meet me at the beach, spend some time together, and then head to dinner afterward. It becomes part of your evening rather than another photoshoot you have to plan.

That relaxed feeling translates into the photographs, too. I’ll always give you direction when you need it, but I don’t want your session to feel overly posed. We can walk along the beach, move around, and leave room for the little moments that naturally happen between you.

That’s exactly what I loved about Madison and Hunter’s 30A session. While theirs happened to be a honeymoon session, you definitely don’t need to be newly married to book one. 30A would be just as beautiful for engagement photos, anniversary photos, vacation photos, or simply documenting the two of you in your current season.
