About one week before your session, you’ll receive my Senior Session Questionnaire so I can learn more about your style, interests, and vision. This helps us thoughtfully plan locations, outfits, and any meaningful props.

Planning

Once availability is confirmed and your discovery call is complete, you’ll receive a contract and invoice for your session fee. Your date is officially reserved only after both the signed contract and session fee are received.

Confirm & Secure your booking

We’ll schedule a phone call to walk through the LivByGrace Senior Experience, including albums, framed wall art, outfit planning, and locations. A parent or guardian is required to join this call, as we’ll also review investment details and how printed products and matching digitals are included with each collection.

How it works

We’ll meet at our planned location and I’ll guide you through posing and prompts for a relaxed, confident, and fun experience. I’m always available beforehand if any last-minute questions come up.

The photoshoot

After your photoshoot, we’ll meet in person at my downtown Fargo office (preferred) or virtually to view your images together and design your final order. A parent or guardian is required to be present, as image selections, printed products, and corresponding digital images are chosen during this appointment.
